Age recommendation: Advisable for all ages above 7 months

 

Ingredients:  Rolled oats, Brown Rice ,Broken Wheat ,Apple ,Banana, Dates , Guava

 

How to Prepare:

* Wash your hands before preparing food. Make sure all utensils are thoroughly clean, just before preparing the food.

* Take instant mix as required in a bowl, add hot water or milk as required, make it lump free with the help of a spoon or small whisk, cover and rest 2 to 3 minutes, INSTANT PORRIDGE MIX IS READY TO SERVE.

 

OR

 

* Mix 2 tablespoon of Mixed Fruits with Grains Instant Cereal with 1 cup of water without lumps.

* Cook the mixture in medium flame for 5 to 10 minutes or till it thickens. Fruit Purees can be added to the porridge to make it sweet.

* Stir the porridge well and serve.

* For Adults mix one or two spoonful of Mixed Fruits with Grains Instant Cereal with hot water or milk and use.

 

Storage and Shelf Life:

Every product is prepared FRESH after the order is placed. The shelf life is 4 months from the Date of Manufacture.
