* Easily cooked like a porridge for little ones above 6 months, as dosa, pancake, laddu for little ones above 1 year, as kanji or health drink for adults.

Age recommendation: Advisable for all ages above 6 months

 

Ingredients:  Jowar, Brown Rice, Moong Dal, Green Gram, Palm Sugar

 

How to Prepare:

* Wash your hands before preparing food. Make sure all utensils are thoroughly clean, just before preparing the food.

* Take instant mix as required in a bowl, add hot water or milk as required, make it lump free with the help of a spoon or small whisk, cover and rest 2 to 3 minutes, INSTANT PORRIDGE MIX IS READY TO SERVE.

 

OR

 

* Mix 2 tablespoon of Mixed Fruits with Grains Instant Cereal with 1 cup of water without lumps.

* Cook the mixture in medium flame for 5 to 10 minutes or till it thickens. Fruit Purees can be added to the porridge to make it sweet.

* Stir the porridge well and serve.

* For Adults mix one or two spoonful of Grains & Pulses Instant Cereal with hot water or milk and use.

 

Storage and Shelf Life:

Every product is prepared FRESH after the order is placed. The shelf life is 4 months from the Date of Manufacture.

Since We Don't Use Any Chemicals Or Preservatives And Use Organic Ingredients Please Transfer The Contents Immediately To A Clean, Dry Container And Use A Clean dry spoon To Prevent Insect Infestation And Try To Use It Within 2 Months Of Opening The Pack.
